Happy Valley Clays provides young athletes with opportunities to learn, grow, and compete in the shooting sports through safe, structured training and Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) competition. We are committed to developing shooting skills, sportsmanship, personal responsibility, and teamwork in a supportive environment.
To foster a community where young athletes can build confidence, develop their abilities, and enjoy getting outside while creating lasting friendships and a foundation for lifelong participation.
Happy Valley Clays welcomes student-athletes of all experience levels who want to learn, compete, and grow in the shooting sports. Our program focuses primarily on sporting clays while also offering opportunities in trap, skeet, and other clay target disciplines. Athletes train in a safe, supportive, and team-oriented environment under the guidance of experienced coaches who emphasize firearm safety, shooting fundamentals, sportsmanship, and personal responsibility.
As part of the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP), athletes can compete at local, state, regional, and national events while developing confidence, discipline, leadership, and focus. SCTP works directly with USA Shooting as the official feeder program to identify and develop junior talent, acting as a stepping stone for athletes hoping to compete at the Olympic Games.
Whether your goal is high-level competition, collegiate shooting opportunities, scholarship pursuits, or simply enjoying a lifelong sport, Happy Valley Clays provides a place to learn, improve, and succeed.

Our program is focused on competitive clay target shooting and requires a commitment from both athletes and their parents or guardians. Through practices and registered competitions, athletes build shooting skills, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship while learning from experienced coaches and teammates.
Many practices and registered shoots also provide opportunities for parents and guardians to participate alongside their athlete, making it a rewarding family activity. The skills, friendships, and experiences gained through this program can last a lifetime, and clay target shooting is a sport that can be enjoyed for years to come.
We are passionate about mentoring the next generation of shooters.
